We are getting married!
We both work for the same company, but Angela was in San Francisco and Lefteris was in London. The first time we spoke was a work phone call - and we instantly knew we couldn't stand each other. Angela thought Lefteris was pushy, and Lefteris thought Angela was bossy.
Later that year, Angela took a 3-month assignment in London. One of her first thoughts after arriving in the office was "hey...that jerk is really cute." It took us a month to go on a date...but then the pace picked up. A month and a half later Angela decided to stay in London, two weeks after that we took a quick trip to San Francisco to pick up Angela's stuff, and a couple of weeks after that we were living together in London.
In July of 2011, Lefteris proposed!
We had a civil marriage ceremony in London with only four of our closest friends present. We called it "Paperwork Day" because it was the day we legally became husband and wife, but to us it wasn't our "wedding". The "wedding" is the Greek extravaganza we're hoping you'll join us for this summer!
